DAY 1: BACK END FOUNDATION TRANSFORMATION
The iCAthlon begins with a full-day focus on the actionable side of transforming Legacy Assets into Modern Marvels. As pressure to deploy in mobile, cloud and digital content continues to surge, new approaches are needed throughout the business. The iCAthlon will probe the necessary conversations for success across the application: be it back and front end Architecture, APIs, MicroServices, DevOps, User Experience, and platforms that put skills to productive use.
DAY 2: SUPERIOR BUSINESS APPS & DELIVERING OPTIMAL USER EXPERIENCE
Our second day takes a technical turn to focus on Getting Things Done. From Web App Creation to UX/UI and Workflow/iBPM workshops and keynote addresses, attendees and teams will together build and collaboratively shape their individual goals for the future of Legacy Assets.
DAY 3: SMALL GROUP TECHNICAL PROJECTS
On the third day we’ll get down and dirty in three hands on tracks: Workflow/iBPM, Modernization, or RESTful APIs. At noon we’ll feed you with some of Austin’s innovative food fare, and then let you return to your organizations to put your new found knowledge, momentum, energy, and skills to productive use.
